Pee Dee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Assault will host its 12th Annual Breaking Free Challenge this October theme,
UN-Silence the Violence
This challenge will take place virtually from October 1st to October 31st and will raise critical funds for the Coalition’s Emergency Shelter Program for women and children who have been displaced due to family violence.
Breaking Free Virtual Challenge
Type: Longest Distance Challenge
Date: 10/1 to 10/31
Proceeds: Goal of $30K- toward Pee Dee Coalition’s Emergency Shelter in Florence
Shirts:
Shirts and prizes will be mailed; the deadline to register for a t-shirt is 9/30/23
Shirt Sizes:
Adult – S, M, L, XL, 2XL
Youth- upon request if made before deadline
Longest Distance Challenge Awards: (see below how to enter your distances)
*To receive a shirt, 3 miles must be complete.
Overall Winners:
1st Place- $100, hoodie, grand prize, free entry next year
2nd Place- $75, hoodie, second prize
3rd Place- $50, hoodie, third prize
*Winners will be contacted for hoodie sizes on 11/01/23*
No age groups for the Long-Distance Challenge.
